The world needs more people like Scott and Kathy Rosenow of Fairfield, Ohio. In the last week, their family has grown to include 17 children.
The Rosenow family has four biological children, two of which were born with disabilities. They started talking about the adoption of children after seeing how their own special needs children were treated in the outside world.
Before they knew it, they had adopted 13 children. Scott was quoted as saying they were not trying to build a family, but trying to save a child.
